Delivering value consistently as a team is a skill on its own. With 3+ years of apprenticeship experience across a large public organization (Métropole de Lyon) and a dynamic startup (Superwyze), I developed a strong collective execution culture: short cycles, close-to-field feedback, pragmatic problem solving and proactive communication.
