Trail, road running, long-distance cycling and some triathlon. I like formats that reward discipline, steady volume and small, stacked iterations—the same approach I use on tech projects.

Half-marathon — PR

1:37:10 (4:35/km) · 2025
Started as a 10k prep, decided mid-run to stretch to a half. Negative split after km 14 to finish in 1:37:10.

5k — PR

20:13 (4:02/km) · 2025
Foulée de Bron race. Missed sub-20 after a cautious start, but pacing stayed controlled and shows clear room to improve.

10k — PR

41:59 (4:10/km) · 2025
10 km de Caluire. Even pacing then a push in the second half to dip under 42 minutes; next target is lower.

Cycling

Mont Ventoux via Bédoin

Classic climb · 2024
Up the Ventoux then through Gorges de la Nesque with two friends. Brutal all the way, but the summit view is worth it.

222.22 km on a 2.6 km loop in just over 8 hours. Patience and consistency work-out.

2000m+ elevation in one ride

Pyrenees · 2024
Col du Portech, Col d'Ayens and Col de La Core back-to-back. Bad weather, great team memories.

Current goals
Building toward the 2026 Barcelona marathon with a sub-3h30 target. Weekly rhythm: 4–5 runs plus 2–3 rides to keep aerobic volume and balance.
